The National Document Interoperability Platform is one of the first steps toward an integrated infrastructure that connects information systems and databases of ministries, sectors, and localities. It facilitates digital transformation in government agencies to better serve citizens and businesses

NATIONAL PUBLIC SERVICE PORTAL SYSTEM
With a principle of transparency and a citizen- and enterprise-centric approach, the National Public Service Portal connects and provides information on administrative procedures and online public services. It supports the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of administrative services, as well as handling public feedback and recommendations from individuals and organizations nationwide

NATIONAL REPORTING INFORMATION SYSTEM
The National Reporting Information System is designed to collect, integrate, and share report data from administrative agencies. It aggregates and analyzes data to support the Government, the Prime Minister, and administrative bodies at all levels in management and evaluation of assigned tasks.

NATIONAL DATABASE SYSTEM ON POPULATION
The National Population Database is a shared resource that consolidates information on Vietnamese citizens and individuals of Vietnamese origin without confirmed nationality. This data is digitized, standardized, stored, and managed via an information infrastructure to support state management and facilitate transactions by agencies, organizations, and individuals.

NATIONAL DATABASE SYSTEM ON PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND CIVIL SERVANTS
This national database collects, integrates, and shares data on civil servants, public employees, laborers, organizational structures, staffing levels, and job positions in state agencies. It enables data aggregation and analysis to support the direction and management of the Government, the Prime Minister, and public authorities at all levels

HANOI REPORTING INFORMATION SYSTEM
The Hanoi Smart Report (HSR) is an operational data system implemented by VNPT Hanoi, serving local government units (district, commune, ward-level People’s Committees) during phase 1 (in 2022), and is expected to expand to other stakeholders in phase 2 (in 2023).

HANOI MAIN DATA CENTER
The data center functions to technically integrate and operate the city-wide information technology (IT) systems. It serves as the focal point for building and managing shared information systems and databases of the city, providing data access for government agencies, organizations, and citizens. It also acts as the central hub connecting the city’s internal network with other systems, ensuring information security and the safety of the city's network infrastructure.

HANOI PORTAL
The Hanoi Portal serves as the official online gateway of the municipal government. It integrates and connects various information channels, online public services, and applications, allowing users to access, utilize, and personalize how information is displayed and interacted with in the digital environment
